Superfast Epoxy Putty Sticks supply epoxy putty in a pre-formatted stick for high-strength bonding and making quick and easy repairs to all materials. All Superfast Sticks are made at our Sylmasta production plant in the United Kingdom, using the latest epoxy putty stick manufacturing technology.
We are the only company in Europe currently making its own sticks rather than importing, allowing us to offer guaranteed fresh product and a reliable supply chain to customers.
Each Superfast Stick contains resin on the outside and hardener through the middle. To use, cut off the required amount of putty and knead by hand until the two contrasting colours blend into one to indicate successful mixing. Apply the putty whilst soft and leave to harden.
Superfast Epoxy Putty is fast working, with cure times ranging from 5 minutes to 40 minutes. Each Stick has been designed for use with certain materials, both through chemical makeup and its colour once cured.
Three of the products have WRAS Approval – Superfast Steel, Superfast Copper and Superfast Aqua Potable Water – meaning they are safe for use on pipes and fittings carrying drinking water.

Additional information about Superfast Epoxy Putty Sticks
Superfast Epoxy Putty Sticks are suitable for exterior or interior applications and is resistant to water, chemical and temperature extremes. Once cured, they can be tapped, drilled, screwed, sawed, machined, ground, filed or painted.
They do not rust, shrink or pull away. Unused portions of epoxy putty stick stay fresh for future use when saved in its original packaging. Superfast Epoxy Putties contain no solvents or VOC’s. They are non-flammable and releases no noxious fumes.
Sylmasta also manufacture a slower-setting, general purpose epoxy putty. AB Original is ceramic-filled for super strength and comes with a two-hour work time, offering longer to handle and work with the putty. This is useful in more complex applications or in warm environments, where there is a concern the putty may cure and become unworkable before it has been properly applied.
As well as the Superfast range, our epoxy putty stick manufacturing plant enables us to produce custom formulations. We can adjust cure times, colours and stick sizes to meet specific client needs.
