BV570H-H is designed for use in numerous situations where external venting is impractical but where contaminant capture and filtration is necessary.
This fume cabinet is ideal for the filtration of solder smoke particles, light powder particulates emanating from: adhesives, solders, light grinding particles and dusts etc.
The T570 Hood has a hinged lid to assist, for example, in positioning weigh scales and the like within the hood.
The weighing and handling of potentially harmful chemicals, powders, applying adhesives, cleaning solvents, and using small grinding tools etc is carried out within the hood and cleaned air is vented to the right rear of the cabinet.
This unit is designed for immediate operator protection from concentrations of airborne contaminants whereby all fumes and particulates within the hood enclosure are filtered and cleaned air is exhausted to the right rear of the cabinet.
It is not recommended for continual usage, i.e. production applications, particularly in confined and/or badly ventilated areas. Key Features Compact design meaning it can be used on workbenches, trolleys etc.

Filtration The BenchVent BV570H-H comprises of a pre-filter to 15-20 microns followed by a EU10 EPA mini pleat filter for fine particulate removal.
Through the process of filtration, adsorption and dilution, operator exposure to potentially hazardous substances is vastly reduced or eliminated.
