Description
Sylmasta CAE120 Cyanoacrylate Superglue is a multipurpose grade glue used for instant bonding of plastic, rubber, metal, porcelain, ceramics and other materials.
The medium viscosity superglue has a cure time of 3 seconds or less when applied to non-absorbent surfaces including plastic, enabling rapid adhesion to take place.
CAE120 has been specifically formulated to bond difficult substrates and perform in lower humidity situations. It can also be used in jewellery and model making tasks.
To exert greater control over the adhesion process, Ultra-Fine Nozzles can be used to apply the smallest drop of superglue for cleaner, neater lines.

The higher viscosity of CAE1500 gives additional bonding time when used with non-absorbent materials; 5 to 10 seconds on PVC plastic and 25 to 40 seconds on steel at room temperature, for example. CAE1500 is also more suitable for gap filling.
CAE120 Multipurpose Superglue is available to purchase as part of the Sylmasta Superglue Kit. The Kit includes CAE120, CAE1500, CAE3 Penetrating Superglue and Ultra-Fine Nozzles at a cheaper cost compared to buying the three grades separately.
There is an additional Superglue & Activator Kit, containing the same products as the Superglue Kit plus Activator. Sylmasta Superglue Activator is used to further speed up the curing process and to prevent porous materials from absorbing thinner grades of glue.
